Choosing dive computers & instruments often comes down to a trade-off, not a single feature. Do you prioritize new condition, a named compass, or the lowest listed price even when one unit is untested? These four choices split between Suunto Cobra air-integrated consoles and AquaLung i330R computers, with condition and title-specific features doing much of the decision work.
Quick take
- Condition is the first fork: two titles say New, one says Used, and one adds Untested.
- The model families are evenly divided between Suunto Cobra consoles and AquaLung i330R computers.
- Listed prices range from $119.95 to $300, creating a $180.05 spread between the endpoints.

Product notes
Aqualung i330R 2 Gauge Scuba Dive Computer Plus Compass
The Aqualung i330R 2 Gauge Scuba Dive Computer Plus Compass earns consideration when a bright color screen, rechargeable battery, and multiple operating features matter. Its description lists four modes, three nitrox mixes, and Bluetooth, giving the console a clearly defined feature set. The limitation is condition: it is used and carries minor cosmetic signs of use. The description also says its components function as intended and mentions a full service, but those details do not change the used status. Choose it for the listed i330R features and included compass rather than for condition alone.
Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested
Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested suits a shopper who prioritizes air integration, a compass, and a protective case. Those elements are identified together, giving the setup a clear navigation-and-console focus. The decisive limitation is explicit: the unit is listed as untested. It is also used, so the lower listed price comes with a condition qualifier that matters when choosing equipment for planned dives. The case is a concrete included detail, but it does not resolve the untested status. This choice makes sense when that trade-off is acceptable and the named console features match the intended setup.
Suunto Cobra Air-Integrated Scuba Dive Computer - NEW in Box - Console
Suunto Cobra Air-Integrated Scuba Dive Computer - NEW in Box - Console fits a shopper who prioritizes new-in-box condition and an air-integrated console. Its description names tracking for tank pressure, depth, time, and no-decompression limits, plus nitrox compatibility, audible and visual alarms, a user-replaceable battery, a user-replaceable battery, and the Suunto RGBM algorithm. The practical limitation is that the title emphasizes the Cobra console rather than the 2 Gauge Plus Compass wording attached to Aqualung i330R 2 Gauge Scuba Dive Computer Plus Compass. Select it when the listed air-integration functions and new condition carry more weight than that package phrase.
AquaLung i330R Dive Computer NEW OPEN BOX
AquaLung i330R Dive Computer NEW OPEN BOX is a direct match for a shopper seeking the i330R model in new condition. The description gives a specific status: it was powered on to verify function and never used in water. That makes the condition distinction easy to understand beside the used Aqualung i330R choice. Its limitation is that the title does not spell out the 2 Gauge and Plus Compass package language found in Aqualung i330R 2 Gauge Scuba Dive Computer Plus Compass. If that named package is essential, select the latter title; if new open-box condition and the water-unused description matter more, this is the more direct i330R match.
Final recommendations by use case
- Named 2 Gauge and Compass package: Choose Aqualung i330R 2 Gauge Scuba Dive Computer Plus Compass, because that package wording is explicit in the title.
- Lowest listed-price route: Choose Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested only when its used condition fits your needs.
- New-in-box air-integrated console: Choose Suunto Cobra Air-Integrated Scuba Dive Computer - NEW in Box - Console for the combination of new condition and the listed console features.
- New-condition i330R: Choose AquaLung i330R Dive Computer NEW OPEN BOX when the open-box status and never-used-in-water description matter more than the named compass package.
The right choice is therefore defined by the feature phrase or condition you are unwilling to compromise on, not by model family alone.
