Choosing among disc golf bags & carts often comes down to whether you want carrying gear alone or a ready-to-use bundle. The Golfmate Disc Golf Bag Plus 6 Disc Lot targets the second need: one used bag with discs included. The decision is whether that convenience outweighs the cleaning requirement and visible wear.
Quick verdict
At USD 42.00, the Golfmate setup makes sense for someone beginning disc golf who wants a bag and discs together. The six-disc bundle, drink holder, and additional compartments give it a clear practical purpose. The caveat is straightforward: the bag is used, needs a bit more cleaning, and the discs have wear on their edges. Choose it for a ready-to-start carrying setup, not for unused-looking gear.
Who it suits
This bundle suits a new player building an initial kit, or a casual player who wants a separate set of discs and a carry bag. The included mix of three regular discs and three putting discs is relevant if you want both types in one purchase. It is less fitting for someone whose priority is clean, unworn equipment, because cleaning and edge wear are part of the stated condition.
What stands out
The bag includes a drink holder and other compartments, giving it more carrying utility than a basic single-purpose container. The combination of the bag and discs also makes the purchase straightforward for someone starting the sport. The bag is described as being in great shape, while the need for a bit more cleaning sets a realistic expectation about its presentation.
Meaningful trade-offs
The main trade-off is condition rather than complexity. The used bag needs some cleaning, and the discs show wear along their edges. That may be an easy compromise for a shopper focused on getting a playable setup together, but it matters if cosmetic condition is a priority. The included disc lot is also less useful for someone who already has a collection and only needs carrying gear.
Product note
Golfmate Disc Golf Bag Plus 6 Disc Lot
Reason to choose: The bag, drink holder, compartments, and mix of regular and putting discs create a straightforward starting kit in one purchase.
Limitation: It is a used item that needs a bit more cleaning, and the discs have worn edges.
Bottom line
Buy the Golfmate bundle if your priority is an all-in-one way to begin disc golf and you can accept used condition. At USD 42.00, it offers a concrete package of carrying gear and discs rather than a bag alone. Pass if worn disc edges or a cleaning task would undermine the point of buying a ready-to-start setup.
