When shopping for dive computers & instruments, the first decision is whether you need air integration included, a standalone computer, or a lower listed price with a condition tradeoff. These four choices split sharply: the Shearwater Teric package includes a transmitter; the Suunto Cobra names air integration and a compass but is untested; and the other two Shearwater models take different approaches. Match the format to your setup before comparing the numbers.
Quick take

- Shearwater Teric Dive Computer Black 55mm: the other Teric configuration, with a named accessory set and multi-gas decompression details.
- Shearwater Perdix Wrist Dive Computer - Black - Original OG, NO AI: the standalone no-AI route, with documented wear and broken buckles as important tradeoffs.

Product notes
Shearwater Teric Dive Computer Black 55mm
At $624.99, the Shearwater Teric Dive Computer Black 55mm gives shoppers a defined Teric configuration. The description lists multi-gas decompression, a genuine charger, Shearwater case, documents, carabiner, and an M/L band; attributes specify a 55mm case and silicone band. Those details make it a fit for someone choosing the Teric format with named accessories. Its limitation is the Used condition and a price $124.99 above the Perdix. Android is named as a compatible operating system. Choose it when the 55mm format and accessory set matter more than moving to another model.
Shearwater Teric Dive Computer w/ Air Integration Transmitter, Charger
Shearwater Teric Dive Computer w/ Air Integration Transmitter, Charger is the package to choose when wireless air integration is central. At $899.99, its description names a full-color AMOLED display, sapphire crystal, digital compass, Bluetooth, wireless rechargeable battery, audible and vibration alerts, and Air, Nitrox, Trimix, Tech, CCR, and Freediving modes. It includes the transmitter, wireless charging station, and zippered case. The limitation is the highest listed price, $780.04 above the Suunto Cobra, plus Used condition. Choose it for the named transmitter-and-computer package and broad mode list.
Shearwater Perdix Wrist Dive Computer - Black - Original OG, NO AI
Shearwater Perdix Wrist Dive Computer - Black - Original OG, NO AI is a standalone fit: its title says *Original OG, NO AI*, and the description identifies a Gen 1 Perdix without air integration. At $500, it offers a clear route for a diver who does not need a transmitter setup. The description says it was used as a backup for tech diving and reports 54 dives. The limitation is physical and package condition: scratches on the housing, a scratched screen protector, broken buckles, and no box; only the computer is included. Blue bungees may be included. Choose it when the no-AI format fits and the wear is acceptable.
Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested
Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested makes a specific case for air integration and navigation at $119.95: its title and description name an air-integrated scuba computer, compass, console, and protective case. The model is identified as Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba with compass, with Finland as country of origin. That gives it a clear fit for shoppers seeking a console format. The limitation is explicit: it is marked "Untested" and Used. Choose it only when the lower listed price and compass pairing outweigh the uncertainty around an untested item.
Final recommendation by use case
For wireless air integration with a transmitter included, choose Shearwater Teric Dive Computer w/ Air Integration Transmitter, Charger. For a compass console and air integration at the low end of the price range, Suunto Cobra Air Integrated Scuba Dive Computer Compass Console w/ Case Untested is the direct match, but its untested condition is the deciding caveat. Choose Shearwater Teric Dive Computer Black 55mm when its case size and accessory set fit better. Choose Shearwater Perdix Wrist Dive Computer - Black - Original OG, NO AI for the no-AI route if the described wear and broken buckles are acceptable. The $780.04 spread makes the decision a tradeoff between package scope, condition, and listed price-not a simple ranking.
